Training & Expertise

Tioga has established an impressive and high quality intensive training programme for all relevant levels of its staff covering the following:

  • Internationally recognised IPC 610 Class 2/3, IPC 620, IPC 7711/7721 and IPC          J-STD-001
  • Compliance to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001: 2013
  • Internal health and safety programme

Our IPC  training program involves in-house weekly training sessions covering all aspects of the internationally recognised workmanship standards carried out in our bespoke Training Facility tailored to adapt to both theory and practical skills. Our customers, if they so wish, are also invited to train to the same accreditation for continuity of the quality standard.

All operators are trained, tested and certified to their levels of required competence and a continual training matrix system is in place, constantly monitored by our Supervisors, to ensure that all staff are fully competent in their area of work.
