We utilise advanced materials purchasing and handling with Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP factory management system supported by in-house developers and bar coding for tracking and traceability. We have a strong management team for supplier negotiation, progressing, internal logistics and have the resources for worldwide real-time component searching and tracking.

We have over 100 years of experience in our purchasing team in procuring all aspects of electronic and electrical componentry including printed circuit boards, semiconductors, passives and hardware including metal and plastic fabrications. Our purchasing power and monitoring of all the electronic supply markets help reduce lead times and guarantees fewer supply problems.

We have solutions in materials control that enable us to use E-commerce to deal with our supplier base for purchase orders, expediting and rescheduling our orders and requirements. Furthermore, efficient progress chasing has reduced lead times and shortages to controlled and acceptable levels.

Tioga has an on-line state of the art component tracking system enabling us to view worldwide stocks and availability of all electronic and passive components using only approved and internationally recognised distributors. Our on-line communications with the world's largest component distributors and dealers enable us to quickly and accurately quote costs and lead times.
